GymStreet USA has developed an adult aerobics program that corresponds with your child's activities in order to simplify your lifestyle.  In one hour both you and your child can get the exercise needed to be healthier and happier.  We also have a babysitting room available ($2.00/hr) for younger children and a homework room for older ones.

1 Class per week:$35.00(9 classes - $3.88 per class)
2 Class per week:$60.00(18 classes - $3.33 per class)
3 Class per week:$75.00(27 classes - $2.77 per class)
Unlimited Classes$120.00 for 9 weeks
Per Class Option$8.00 / class ($10 per class for 1.5hr Combo)

Program Fees: Each aerobics class is based on a 9 week session. Therefore, when signing up please select which class(es) you would like to take. Each member must sign-in before class so that we can keep track of our members and the classes that are most attended. Missed classes are subject to 2 make-ups per session. We also except walk-ins for $8.00/class (excluding Zumba).


Cardio Kickboxing: This class utilizes movements from various martial arts disciplines to strengthen and tone muscles, while at the same time provides resistance training and increases cardiovascular fitness. This high energy class incorporates a variety of moves for a fun challenging workout.

Cycle (Spinning): Spinning is an aerobic exercise that takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle giving you a high intensity workout that simulates hills, valleys, peaks, and flat roads. Motivating music plays as you pedal at your own pace.

Muscle Conditioning: The main idea is to perform rhythmic movements to the tempo while performing a powerful, defined and perfectly controlled movement which would increase your physical strength and your coordination. This strength and conditioning class uses free weights, body bars, and balls.

Zumba: An aerobic work-out inspired by Latin dance. Bring a friend, shake your hips and be prepared for lots of laughs. This will be the most fun you've ever had while working out!!

Spin & Tone (Combo): This class will consist of part spin with resistance bands and part muscle conditioning, along with ab training. Get the best of both worlds for a total body workout in this spin and tone class.

Kickbox/Muscle (Combo): This high energy class combines muscle conditioning and kickboxing. 5-10 minute intervals of each throughout the hour will keep your heart rate up from various cardio kickbox moves to toning and strengthening with weights, bands, & body bar. Be ready for a fun and challenging workout while getting both your cardio and muscle done in one class!

CLASS GUIDELINES
  • Please try to arrive for class on time, we scheduled it around dropping off your kids in their activities.
  • If you are new to class, please identify yourself to the instructor so he/she can give you the appropriate guidance.
  • Work at your own level of intensity and impact. Appropriate footwear is required for all classes.
  • All classes are 55 minutes in length to coordinate with the drop-off and pick-up of your kids in other programs.
  • Group Fitness Schedule is subject to change. Any substitutes or schedule changes will be posted outside the studio. A consistent minimum of six participants for 4 weeks is required to ensure that a class will remain on the current schedule
