GymStreet USA has developed an adult aerobics program that corresponds with your child's activities in order to simplify your lifestyle.  In one hour both you and your child can get the exercise needed to be healthier and happier.  We also have a daycare room ($2.00/hr) for younger children and a homework room for older ones.

Additional classes will be added based on the survey results.

Program Fees: $8.00 per class or $40.00 per month, unlimited use, including the fitness room. Payable at time of registration.
Discounted Annual Registration Fee: $15.00 per adult.

Taking part in all of these components will not only improve your health but also your overall well-being.  Listed below is a description of each of the classes mentioned above.

Boot Camp (Muscular Endurance)
A total body workout that incorporates cardio combinations, athletic drills and strength moves. Various pieces of equipment will be used in class, including, weights, stability balls, steps and bands.

Cardio Kick boxing (Cardiovascular Endurance)
This class utilizes movements from various martial arts disciplines to strengthen and tone muscles, while at the same time increasing cardiovascular fitness.

Cycling (Cardiovascular Endurance)
A cardiovascular cycling workout that will elevate self-image and physical fitness. Space is limited. Please pre-register no more than 1 day in advance to reserve your spot. Cancellation Policy: at least 2 hours prior to class.

Mat Pilates (Muscular Strength)
A conditioning class that focuses on breathing, body-awareness and core strength.  Mini-balls and stability balls are incorporated in some classes for an additional challenge.

Muscle Conditioning (Muscular Strength & Endurance)
A strength training class that may incorporate the use of weights, bands, body bars, stability balls and gravity.

Step Aerobics:

Yoga (Flexibility)
This is an athletic form of yoga where the vigorous practice flows with the breath from one movement to the next. The challenging sequence helps to build lean muscle mass and increase flexibility. This class is best for advanced beginners, or intermediate to advanced students.

CLASS GUIDELINES

  • Please try to arrive for class on time, we scheduled it around dropping off your kids in their activities.
  • If you are new to class, please identify yourself to the instructor so he/she can give you the appropriate guidance.
  • Work at your own level of intensity and impact. Appropriate footwear is required for all classes.
  • All classes are 55 minutes in length to coordinate with the drop-off and pick-up of your kids in other programs.
  • Group Fitness Schedule is subject to change. Any substitutes or schedule changes will be posted outside the studio. A consistent minimum of six participants for 4 weeks is required to ensure that a class will remain on the current schedule
