Cardio/Muscle: This combination class strengthens and tones muscles using free weights and body bars while performing cardio drills to increase cardiovascular fitness.

Cardio Kick boxing (Cardiovascular Endurance)
This class utilizes movements from various martial arts disciplines to strengthen and tone muscles, while at the same time provides resistance training and increases cardiovascular fitness.

Cycling (Spinning) (Cardiovascular Endurance)
Spinning is an aerobic exercise that takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle called a spinning bike. As you pedal, motivating music plays and the instructor talks you through a visualization of an outdoor cycling workout. During the class you vary your pace -- sometimes pedaling as fast as you can, other times cranking up the tension and pedaling slowly from a standing position. This helps you to focus inwardly and work on your mind as well as your body.

Cycling for Beginners: Get the best of both worlds: 35 minute cardio workout and 20 minute upper body muscle conditioning class.  If you always wanted to try spinning here is your opportunity!  Learn the basics of the bike, pedal at your own pace and get a total workout.

Muscle Conditioning (Muscular Strength & Endurance)
The main idea is to perform rhythmic movements to the tempo while performing a powerful, defined and perfectly controlled movement which would increase your physical strength and your coordination.

On the Ball: In this class, the stability ball will be used to challenge balance, tone muscles and increase core strength. 'The use of weights will also be incorporated into the class for total muscle conditioning. Try it, you will have a ball!!!

Yoga (Flexibility)
This is an athletic form of yoga where the vigorous practice flows with the breath from one movement to the next. The challenging sequence helps to build lean muscle mass and increase flexibility. This class is best for advanced beginners, or intermediate to advanced students.

Zumba
Zumba is an aerobic work-out inspired by Latin dance. Bring a friend, shake your hips and be prepared for lots of laughs. This will be the most fun you've ever had while working out!!
