All students will start out as beginners, unless you have previous martial arts experience.  in which case you must list below and you will be placed in the appropriate class based on experience.

Program Fees: All kids and adults (unlimited classes) is $75.00 per month, not including a uniform ($30.00) or belt rank promotion test fees ($10.00 and up).  The Little Leopards monthly fee is $45.00 not including a uniform ($30.00) or belt rank promotion test fees ($10.00 and up). Payable at time of registration.  Private lessons are also available, please inquire within.

Family Discount: There is a 10% program fee discount for each additional child registered, regardless of the program.

Discounted Annual Registration Fee: $15.00 per child/adult.  If your child is signed up for more than one activity, only one registration fee is required with this application. Please make all checks payable to GymStreet USA Corp. There is a $15.00 fee for all returned checks.
