
Check In/Warm Up
9:00-10:00am
Check in starts at 9am and goes until 9:30 giving all gymnasts enough time to grab a welcome kit, fuel up with a quick snack from our breakfast lounge, and prepare for the day ahead! Warm up will begin at 9:30am followed by a guided stretch on the main gym floor.

Floor Lines
10:00-10:30am
After warm up and stretch, we will start out with basic floor lines to ease our way into our more intermediate and advanced skills. These include (handstand variations such as: walking, pirouetting, and popping as well as cartwheels and intermediate tumbling)
Disclaimer: Beginers: will have your own group to better break down and master the basics.

Event Rotations
10:30am-12:00pm
Event Rotations for the first half of the day will consist of two 45min slots with dedicated drills, spotting, and coaching for your skill level. Gymnasts will be divided into groups based on their skill level and event preferences given in their online survey as we approach the event date.

12:00-12:45pm

PT Seminar
12:45pm-1:30pm
Relax and digest with a 45min Physical Therapy Seminar after lunch outlining important out of gym practices to prepare your body for a long adult gymnastics career. Topics may include injury prevention, taping techniques, as well as common injuries and how to stop them.

Open Gym
1:30pm-3:00pm
Enjoy full access to the gym with coaches available for spotting, corrections, and individually catered drill recommendations for specific skill progressions
Cool Down Stretch
3:00pm-3:30pm
Finish the day with a group cooldown stretch to help your body recover and reduce your risk of muscle soreness to prepare yourself for another day of A.G.E.
