Your party staff works hard to make your child's birthday memorable, an optional cash gratuity is always appreciated but never expected

GUEST INFORMATION

Waiver

The online waiver is MANDATORY in order to participate in all the fun. Go to the Birthday page, RSVP calendar and click on the birthday child's name.

Arrival time

Must have an adult onsite at all times

LARGER PARTY OPTION

GYM COMBO

Parties expecting over 23 children will be charged a non-refundable fee of $50.00 regardless of how many children attend.

The party will be split into two groups for the gym portion. 10 day advanced notice is required.

NINJA COMBO

Parties expecting over 15 children will be charged a mandatory $50.00 fee regardless of how many children attend.

The party will be split into 2 groups one group will start in the ninja room and the other in the inflatable room then switch places. Notification of a potential large party is required upon booking.

We supply the knife and server. Freezer is available for ice cream cakes

Mini waters and juice boxes are recommended.

Balloons

Although the party room is festive, you may bring balloons on the day of the party.

Themed Decorations

If you choose to provide your own plates, napkins and tablecloths, they need to be dropped off on THURSDAY in a bag labeled with party name, date, time.

Balloons, food, drinks and goodie bags need to be brought with you on the day of the party.

Outside Food

Chip type snacks, veggie trays and whole fruit (grapes, stawberries, blueberries) are welcome.

Salads, fruit-salads, pasta dishes, ect are not allowed.

PAYMENT POLICY

Party package price of $345.00 is paid at time of booking.

Current Gymstreet members

Receive 10% off the price of the party package (members are those who have paid the membership fee and are currently enrolled in class at the time of their party

Pizza Order

Charged to the card on file the day you place the order

Additional Guest Fee

The $10 per child fee is charged to the card on file the Monday after your party. Your coordinator will go over the headcount with you and the end of your party to make sure you are in agreement. Only children who participate in the party are counted.

Multiple Birthday Children

A $25.00 fee is charged for each additional birthday child (waived for twins)

Late Charge

Be mindful of the time your party ends. There is a $30.00 late fee for every 10 minutes you or your guests remain in the party room after the parties end time

CANCELLATION POLICY

We only close for parties if a state of emergency has been issue. See weather closing section for further information.

Refund minus $50.00 fee

No refund or Credit on the party, however we will refund the pizza charge if we enough notice to cancel the order.

WHAT TO KNOW

Information

Email your estimated child count and pizza order (if applicable) no later than the Wednesday prior to the party.

Added Guests (children only)

Is reviewed with you after the party and billed to the card on file on Monday.

Reminder Email

Is sent to you the Monday prior to your party. This has helpful information to make your day a success.

WEATHER CLOSINGS

State of Emergency

We only close for birthday parties during a state of emergency:

The package price you paid will remain as a credit on your account, this fee will not be refunded, however any additional monies paid such as pizza or additional playtime will be refunded.

If you Cancel due to inclement weather

The day before the party:

No charge or loss of payment if you rebook during that call

The day of the party - RESCHEDULED

Cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged and rebooking is required during that cancellation call

The day of the party - NOT RESCHEDULED

NO refund or credit will be issued for the party package price, however any additional costs paid such as additional party time or pizza (as long as we have enough notice to cancel the order)will be refunded back to the card on file.
